Paul Ankcorn
President, CEO and Director

Paul Ankcorn, age 51, President, director and chief executive officer of the Company. Mr. Ankcorn received his Honours Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1978 and became a Certified Management Accountant in 1983 (although this designation is currently inactive). In his position as a President and CEO, he will be responsible for the business development of the Company and reporting to the Board of Directors. It is anticipated Mr. Ankcorn will devote at least 35% of his time to the affairs of the Company. Currently, Mr. Ankcorn is the President of Richmond Minerals Inc., a mineral-resource company based in Toronto, Ontario. He has held this position since July, 2006. He was the President of Aavdex Corporation from 1998 to 2001, the CFO of Eastmain Resources Inc. from 1996 to 1998, and successively the Secretary- Treasurer, Vice-President and President of Northfield Minerals Inc. and Eloro Resources Inc. All of the foregoing companies are active mineral-resource companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Ankcorn has spent most of his professional life since graduation (almost 27 years) in the resource sector. He is currently a Director of Richmond Minerals Inc., NFX Gold Inc. and Eloro Resources Inc. Mr. Anckorn will be responsible for the day to day management of the Company, regulatory compliance matters, project acquisition and financing.

Michele Pillon
CFO and Director

Michele Pillon, age 48, CFO and director of the Company. Ms. Pillon is an accountant with several years experience in the junior mining exploration sector, providing accounting and regulatory assistance to public companies. Since May 2005, she has worked as an accountant to United Resource Group, a management firm which provides management and business consulting services to public companies in the resource sector. Ms. Pillon’s prior employment includes: International Portfolio Management from June 2001 to April 2005; Whytecliff Capital Corp. from December 1999 to December 2000; and, Mineral Development Group from May 1995 to August 1999. Ms. Pillon has been a director and/or officer of a number of public companies listed on the Exchange, and is currently an officer of Wyn Developments Inc. and Golden Reign Resources Ltd. Ms. Pillon is not an employee of the Company and in her capacity as Director and CFO will dedicate approximately 35% of her time to the affairs of the Company. Ms. Pillon is not a party to any non-competition or confidentiality agreement with the Company. Ms. Pillon will be responsible for the day to day financial management of the Company, liaising with the Company’s auditors as required, overseeing the preparation of financial statements and ensuring compliance with the Company’s financial reporting requirements.

Paul Davey
Director

Paul Davey, age 63, is a director of the Company. Paul Davey has over 37 years experience in the marketing and communications industries in a variety of capacities in Vancouver and Toronto. He is presently providing a full spectrum of investor services to two publicly-traded companies: Nevtah Capital Management (NTAH-OTC), a joint venture company with proprietary technology for oilsands extraction and a number of leases in the Utah Tar Sands area, and Pegasus Pharmaceuticals (PGUZ-OTC), a joint venture company marketing the HeartVue Electrocardiogam System that features heart screening technology.

For 11 years, Mr. Davey headed PD&A: The Advertising Agency Inc., an international advertising agency with 25 employees and offices in Toronto and Vancouver. The Company provided branding platforms, marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for a wide spectrum of local, national and international companies including the Vancouver Canucks, Boston Pizza, MDSI, Jantzen, Minit-Tune International, Dos Equis Beer, United Carpets and KPMG (International Marketing). He has also provided communications components in the investor services sector for a wide range of publicly-traded companies in the resource, computer/software and service industry sectors. Mr. Davey has worked with several IT companies and software marketing firms including Computer Associates, Multiactive Technologies and Merlin Software.

Mr. Davey is the former Canadian representative of the CLIO Awards, an annual awards show which rewards creative excellence in advertising and design, and has acted as an international judge and presenter in major venues throughout the world including New York, Amsterdam, Los Angeles and London. He is a past winner of a CLIO Award, a former President of the Ad & Sales Association of BC and is a former director of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Vancouver.

Mr. Davey will assist the Company with marketing activities, corporate and shareholder communication, financing and project acquisition.

Ian Kilgour
Director

Ian Kilgour, age 51, is a director of the Company. Mr. Kilgour graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Western Ontario in 1978 and has 28 years of investing and management experience in Canadian public markets through various positions he has held over the period. After graduating, Mr. Kilgour spent time with Midland Doherty Ltd., a national Canadian brokerage firm, in the research department. Mr. Kilgour has been engaged in investor relations for several venture companies over the past 15 years including NFX Gold Inc., Eloro Resources Ltd. and Sage Gold Inc. Mr. Kilgour will provide the Company with financial and business advice and assist with financing and project acquisition.

Robert Krause
Vice-President, Exploration

Robert Krause, age 50, is Vice-President of Exploration for the Company. Mr. Krause has over 25 years of experience in the mining and exploration sector, having worked on projects in both North and South America. He serves and has served both public and private corporations in various positions such as; Vice President of Exploration for Wyn Developments Inc., Vice President of Exploration for Starfield Resources Inc., Project Geologist for Salguiero Brazil and Melinga/Milagro Resources Inc., Exploration Manager for International Seadrift Exploration Ltd., and Mine Geologist for Skylark Resources Ltd., among others. Mr. Krause graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in geology. Mr. Krause will be responsible for project supervision and management, project acquisition and technical due diligence.
