Overview

Remington Resources Inc. is engaged in the business of mineral exploration in Canada and its objective is to locate and develop economic gold properties. The Company commenced operations in May 2004, the year of its incorporation. On June 15, 2005 the Company entered into the McBride Agreement with UEM (United Exploration Management Inc.), pursuant to which the Company was granted an option to acquire a 100% right, title and interest, subject to a 2.5% net smelter return royalty, in and to the McBride Property, comprised of 10 mineral claims located near Dease Lake, British Columbia, in the Liard Mining Division. During the summer of 2005 a contact line cutting and soil sampling crew from Nicholson and Associates cute and flagged the baseline and grid over the main portion of the McBride Property. A ground magnetic and VLF Electromagnetic survey and a geochem soil sampling survey were also completed on the McBride Property in the summer of 2005.

The Company was incorporated under the laws of the Province of British Columbia on May 21, 2004 under the name Goldera Resources Inc. The Company changed its name to Remington Resources Inc. on April 19, 2006. The Company’s registered office is located at Suite 1200, 750 West Pender Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6C 2T8. The Company’s head office is located at Suite 520, 700 West Pender Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6C 1G8.
